I just love unsweetened ice tea! As swedish, tea lover, I learned to drink ice tea in the US. Before I just had water with my food, but with ice tea I can have the caffeine too! With just a couple of ice cubes (like it strong) and maybe a wedge of lemon. I used to be addicted for sugar, candies, cakes……Last 18 month I have tried the LCHF-diet. I think it is easier to cut almost all carbs so you get rid of the cravings! (Took me about 3 days) It is a relief and my husband lost 30 lb so far!
Good luck with your cutting sugar!
